Cafe Press is owned and operated independently, separate from Angelisms.com and any and all purchases will be handled directly though them. You agree to electronically update your information in order to maintain accuracy, truth and completeness. Angelisms.com may deny you access to the Site or reject your information in the event it is untrue, inaccurate, inappropriate or incomplete. All merchandise ordered through www.CafePress.com is subject to loss. For lost merchandise contact Cafe Press directly. Any issues with credit card information, address, shipment date, product quality or other shop related concerns should be addressed directly with Cafe Press. Angelisms.com attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing the product sold through Cafe Press but does not warrant that product description color, style, fit, size, quality and other descriptive content is accurate, reliable, complete or free of error. Angelisms.com agrees to contribute 20% of income received by Cafe Press to a charity of the Sites choice.

OBLIGATION FOR PASSWORD USAGE: ALL COMMUNICATION AND ACTION TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED FROM ANYONE USING YOUR PASSWORD ON THE SITE WILL BE DEEMED BINDING ON YOU. To ensure Angelisms.com provides the best possible experience you agree to allow the Site to research your account records and access your private records on a case by case basis to resolve issues and investigate complaints. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES: These TERMS AND AGREEMENTS shall be governed by the state of California, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. The Site is operated by an office in California. The Site makes no claims that it may be lawfully viewed or used outside of the United States. Accessing the Site outside of the United States is at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any and all damages that may occur.

In using the Site you herby consent to any and all disputes to be held and processed by means of California state law. Any and all disputes relating in anyway to Angelisms.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California, USA. An exception will be made if you have in any way violated or threatened to violate the Site's intellectual property rights, Angelisms.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. In this case the rules of the American Arbitration Association will prevail. Any court of competent jurisdiction can enter a judgment and that judgment (arbitrator's award) shall be binding. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration or otherwise.
